This week\u00a0Marije<\/a>\u00a0is my co-host. \u00a0I’m so happy she took this difficult prompt and I’m curious to see what she did with it.<\/p>\n

Silence<\/h2>\n

As I already said, I found this a difficult prompt. \u00a0I wonder if I would have had this idea if the internet wouldn’t exist. \u00a0But than again, I wouldn’t want to blog either.
\nI started googling and pinteresting and came accross great activities for children, put in a quiet bags or busy bags.
\nActivities they can do on their own, without any help and in silence… hear hear \ud83d\ude09
\nBecause we mothers, do need some piece and quiet sometimes! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

Busy bags diy<\/h2>\n

Colorful feathers in velt pockets.<\/h3>\n

\"\"<\/a>I bought colored feathers and felt in a local dollar shop and made pockets out of the felt. \u00a0With some scissors and textile glue that’s easy peasy!
\nWhen finished this is a sorting activity!<\/p>\n

Counting with small clothes pins<\/h3>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I found these lovey baby pink and baby blue clothes pins.
\nI drew some circles with numers on them on the computer and laminated the circles. \u00a0This activity is for sorting and counting.
\nThe number of pins and the color of the pins should be correct.
\nSmaller children can just sort by color.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Using pipe cleaners and buttons in de same colors, I made a sorting branch.
\nVery easy and cheap an works like charm.<\/p>\n

reusable garland<\/h3>\n

\"\"<\/a>With long pieces of felt and self-adhesive velcro I made this reusable garland. \u00a0My youngest loved it. \u00a0I want to make this in several colors, so that we can reuse them at the birthday parties of the kids. \u00a0 \u00a0In the movie you can see how she puts it together. \u00a0(It is in Dutch, my daughter doens’t speak English \ud83d\ude09 )
\nFor the older childeren I put a card with possible color patterns into the bag. \u00a0That way it’s more challenging for them.
